About Build North

Founder and home builder, Erik Johnson, has 20+ years in the construction and home building process. Erik found an opportunity in the Fargo-Moorhead metro by working with other builders and construction companies. Build North now builds within an hour of the FM metro in North Dakota.

Johnson builds custom homes, typically one at a time, and he is the builder onsite, paying close attention to detail. He attributes his product to the high quality design with affordable pricing.

Customizing each home and adapting to each client's request, his homes are nothing near high-production or cookie-cutter. Building a home unique to his clients is his ultimate goal.
